1. General Information

This website is operated by STYLE EDIT S.R.L., with its registered office at Cârcea, Banilor Street, No. 19, Dolj County, Romania, registered at 02.12.2025 with CUI number 53025456, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”. Accessing and using this website, as well as placing an order, implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services and Products

This website offers the following for sale:

personal and commercial styling services, consultancy, and color analysis;

digital products (guides, PDF materials, videos, online courses);

physical products (styling service vouchers).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials presented on this website (texts, images, digital products, clothing designs) are protected by copyright law and may not be copied, distributed, or used without the Seller’s prior written consent.

4. Placing Orders

Orders are placed through the website’s e-commerce platform.

The Client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information.

By completing an order, the Client confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in RON and do not include VAT.

Payment can be made via accepted methods – bank card, bank transfer, online payment platforms.

For digital products and styling services, payment is required in full and in advance (with the exception of the Style Mentorship service, where payment may be made in full or in three equal installments).

6. Delivery and Access

Digital products will be delivered via email or through access to the user account immediately after payment confirmation.

Styling services will be provided according to the schedule agreed upon between the Seller and the Client.

Physical products (e.g. gift vouchers) will be delivered by courier to the address specified by the Client within [x] business days.

7. Return and Cancellation Policy

Returns are not accepted for digital products and personalized styling services, in accordance with applicable legislation regarding digital content and customized services.

Returns are not accepted for custom-made clothing items, as they are personalized.

Standard physical products (if applicable) may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided they are unused and returned in their original packaging.

8. Liability

The Seller shall not be held liable for interruptions of online services, technical errors, or unauthorized access.

The Client is responsible for the proper use of digital products and for maintaining the confidentiality of the materials received.

9. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

By using this website, the Client agrees that the personal data provided may be collected and processed for the purposes of invoicing, product delivery, communication, and marketing.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure events (unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of the parties).

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law.

Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably; if this is not possible, they shall be settled by the competent courts of Romania.
